Warehouse Development Project

Below are some hopes and dreams for our warehouse development and funding and what we would do with funds raised for the project.

1/3rd Funds Raised

Uncovered outdoor space with polished concrete. Enough space to put down a flat and banked track. The banked track will be outfitted with Gator Skinz to protect it from the elements. The eventual goal will be to slowly cover the space with a semi permanent or permanent structure.  Parking will be on a gravel path. 

1/2 Funds Raised

Covered outdoor space with polished concrete.(See: Ash Pavilion) Enough space to put down a flat and banked track. The banked track will be outfitted with Gator Skinz to protect it from the elements. There will be a stretch goal of working plumbing and a slow building development around the facility, as well as enough covered space to place a wrestling ring.

Full Funds Raised: 

A full warehouse built to house a flat and banked track on polished concrete floor, with additional stretch goals of a second flat track outside. The space will be large enough to house a wrestling ring, spectator room, and ideally, area for additional workout equipment. The warehouse will have a minimum of 1 working bathroom, with stretch goals of multiple toilets, HVAC systems, refrigeration, lighting systems, video board..the works!
