Equitable Skate Project
The Equitable Skate Project is a learn to skate program that exists to provide free training to new and developing roller skaters in the Austin area. Our experienced trainers volunteer 1 hour a week to visit the parks of Austin and provide comprehensive skate education to anyone who wants to learn to skate on 8 wheels. They are not roller derby specific and accessible to everyone regardless of skating goals.
No sign up is required. Classes are at Bartholomew Park at 7PM some Monday. Please subscribe to the mailing list for schedule and rainout or cancellation updates.
